JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to executing the people strategy for the Regal Rexnord Engineering Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune. The role focuses on driving HR program execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless translation of HR strategy into impactful on ground outcomes. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Execution • Partner with the Site HR Leader in delivering HR roadmap and annual people priorities • Track and drive progress on key HR initiatives and governance mechanisms HR Program Management • Execute core HR processes: Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Compensation cycles • Ensure consistency and adherence to global HR frameworks Business Partnering • Act as a first point of contact for global / local business leaders / managers on HR matters • Provide guidance on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness • Drive alignment between business needs and HR initiatives Talent & Capability Development • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development • Track development plans and partner with L&D for capability building Employee Engagement & Experience • Drive engagement action plans and monitor employee sentiment • Support culture, DEI, and retention-focused initiatives HR Analytics & Reporting • Manage HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, hiring, diversity) • Provide insights to enable data-driven decisions HR Operations Excellence • Drive process improvements and coordinate with HR COEs Required Education / Experience: • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10-12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management / Development / Engagement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Competencies / Skills: • Good Communication Skill. • Strong interpersonal skill, Team player & collaborative. • High level of integrity Travel: Minimum Language: English
