Program Overview
Over the course of two years, participants will complete three eight-month rotations across critical Supply Chain functions, gaining broad exposure to the end-to-end supply chain and the teams that support our global business:
Indirect Category Management
Direct Materials Category Management
Materials Planning
Logistics Management and Logistics Category Management
Supply Chain Program Management
Sales Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
Through a “learn by doing” approach, participants will build technical expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and materials flow while contributing to meaningful business priorities. Each rotation includes formal mentorship, leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders.
What You'll Do
Each rotation is project-based and aligned to business priorities, functional needs, and individual development goals. Assignments may include opportunities to:
Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing recommendations for senior leadership
Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials
Serve as a plant-level buyer to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost
Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics performance improvements
Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag operational or supplier risk areas
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen standard work
Deliver formal report-outs that summarize project results, insights, business impact, and recommended next steps
Education, Experience, & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Rising senior or recent graduate with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to present ideas, updates, and recommendations to leaders
Self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Compensation Details
Starting salary: $61,500 +
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
