Scope of leadership role
Position Summary: Senior technical leader responsible for end-to-end quality performance across multiple processes or product lines. Drives control plan strategy, corrective action leadership, and QMS integration while providing direct oversight and development of QE II engineers. Acts as the primary interface for high-impact customer quality issues and ensures systemic, sustainable improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern control plan design, standardization, and approval across multiple product lines
- Establish and drive audit strategy, ensuring systemic gap closure and compliance
- Own non-conformance management framework, including containment strategy and escalation
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to QE II engineers
- Review, approve, and strengthen root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)
- Act as Corrective Action Leader and primary customer interface for major issues
- Consolidate and lead data analysis across projects, driving data-based decisions
- Define and deploy internal quality standards and QMS integration
- Drive cross-functional problem solving and assign resources for high-impact issues
- Lead training, coaching, and capability development of the quality engineering team Administrate and provide Quality data for performance and analysis to provide solutions.

- MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3+ years. Green belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years. Proactive, Self-motivated, Results Oriented.
