Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.____________________
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Mold readiness as per production plan.
Mold maintenance to resolve quality and productivity issues.
Spare management for mold tooling’s.
Daily management.
Maintaining Tool validation reports for all mold inserts.
Troubleshooting for injection mold.
Maintaining mold related documents like check sheet, history card etc.
Functional Competencies
Knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing and Maintenance
Knowledge of all conventional machines.
Capable of reading engineering drawings
Should maintain 5s of mold maintenance area
Knowledge about measuring instruments.
Need to have knowledge on spare management.
Knowledge about MS office.
Knowledge about AutoCAD and Pro-E is added advantage
Education and Experience Requirements
Diploma in Tool and Die making with 2 to 3-year experience in mold maintenance.
