Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour

As a Thread Roller at Regal Rexnord you can expect to set-up, calibrate, and operate CNC and manual machinery—including thread rolling, straightening, annealing, sawing, deburring, and inspection—to produce precision components according to specifications.
This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of machining principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Essential Functions:
- Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to set up machines, run first piece inspections and maintain production
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T.
- Use of inspection equipment to include, but not limited to: Micrometers, pitch micrometers, indicator micrometers, calipers, lead checker, thread gauges, length gages, and tape measures
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Good organizational skills, ability to perform and maintain 5S
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Good reading and comprehension.
- The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs);
- Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.
- Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.
