Objetivo del Puesto
Asegurar la correcta planeación de la demanda y su traducción a un plan de producción factible, balanceando nivel de servicio al cliente, inventarios y capacidad productiva, mediante el uso efectivo de sistemas (SAP) y herramientas analíticas.
Responsabilidades Clave
Planeación de Demanda
- Analizar y validar el forecast de demanda (histórico, variaciones, estacionalidad).
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades en la demanda.
- Monitorear indicadores.
- Convertir la demanda en un plan de producción factible considerando capacidad, materiales y lead times.
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al MRP en SAP.
- Alinear el plan de producción con inventarios objetivo y políticas de stock.
- Monitorear órdenes atrasadas (Past Due) y proponer planes de recuperación.
- Dar seguimiento a ejecución vs plan y explicar desviaciones.
- Coordinarse con Producción, Compras, Ingeniería y Almacén.
- Asegurar datos maestros correctos (rutas, lead times, parámetros de planeación).

- On Time Delivery (OTD)
- Inventario (valor y rotación)
- Órdenes vencidas (Past Due)
- Cumplimiento del plan de producción
Perfil Requerido
Formación Académica
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Logística, Administración o afín.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- SAP (MM / PP – deseable)
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos)
- Power BI o herramientas de análisis (deseable)
- Conceptos de MRP, MPS, lead time, BOMs, capacidad.
