Flexible shift schedule:
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
5:45 AM – 4:15 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)
3 days off per week (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)
Main Responsibilities:
Shipping / Wrapping:
Wrap and package finished equipment based on specifications
Build shipping crates/boxes to ensure safe transportation
Load and unload finished goods and materials
Verify labels and work order numbers for accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Support Receiving and Maintenance teams as needed
Order Picking:
Pick and deliver materials to the production line to support efficiency
Organize stockroom and replenish inventory as required
Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems
Ensure proper storage and location tracking of materials
Assist with unloading trucks and storing received goods
Receiving:
Unload trucks and receive materials into ERP system
Store materials in assigned warehouse locations
Manage:
Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
Interbranch transfers
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
Transfer internal work orders to production
Coordinate with Purchasing on defective inventory (Hold Tags)
Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level candidates welcome (warehouse/shipping experience preferred)
Experience with ERP systems is an asset
Forklift certification or experience is an asset
WHMIS or dangerous goods handling training is an asset
Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
