Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for the Power Generation Industry with over 50 years of experience. We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our growing team.

• Flexible shift schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

  • 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)

• 3 days off per week (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)

Main Responsibilities:

Shipping / Wrapping:

• Wrap and package finished equipment based on specifications

• Build shipping crates/boxes to ensure safe transportation

• Load and unload finished goods and materials

• Verify labels and work order numbers for accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

• Support Receiving and Maintenance teams as needed

Order Picking:

• Pick and deliver materials to the production line to support efficiency

• Organize stockroom and replenish inventory as required

• Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems

• Ensure proper storage and location tracking of materials

• Assist with unloading trucks and storing received goods

Receiving:

• Unload trucks and receive materials into ERP system

• Store materials in assigned warehouse locations

• Manage:

  • Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)

  • Return Material Authorizations (RMA)

  • Interbranch transfers

• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks

• Transfer internal work orders to production

• Coordinate with Purchasing on defective inventory (Hold Tags)

• Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Entry-level candidates welcome (warehouse/shipping experience preferred)

• Experience with ERP systems is an asset

• Forklift certification or experience is an asset

• WHMIS or dangerous goods handling training is an asset

• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
