Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst II (Inventory Optimization Analyst) is responsible for the operational execution, reporting, and governance of Inventory Bowler projects across the IPS segment. This role owns weekly and monthly inventory reporting, KPI tracking, and data integrity across multiple divisions and sites. By ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized execution, the Analyst enables leadership to focus on decision‑making and strategic inventory reduction. The schedule will be 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Manila Time) to support US operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Bowler Reporting & Governance
Perform day-to-day execution of the Inventory Bowler reporting across 4 divisions of IPS and its inventory reduction projects
Maintain, consolidate, and validate Excel‑based trackers with multiple site and divisional inputs
Ensure on‑time, accurate, and complete reporting for weekly governance and leadership reviews
Act as the single point of accountability for Bowler data accuracy and execution tracking
KPI Tracking & Performance Analysis
Track and report project closure rate KPIs at division and overall portfolio levels
Monitor Plan vs Actual performance, risks to plan, and opportunity gaps
Identify execution issues, trends, and recurring risks; proactively escalate for management action
Support data‑driven discussions during divisional and executive reviews
Monthly Inventory Close & Forecast Support
Execute the month‑end inventory transition, including a.) ending inventory reconciliation b.) Forecast baseline updates c.) Project status transitions (open, carryover, closed)
Validate continuity between reporting periods to ensure month‑to‑month data integrity
Partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies impacting inventory or forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, large datasets)
Experience in reporting, data analysis, or supply chain operations
Experience with inventory management, continuous improvement, or project tracking
Exposure to KPI reporting, forecasting, or governance processes
Experience supporting cross‑functional or multi‑site operations
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive, deadline‑driven work with consistency and reliability
