Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist - Contractor

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Acquisition (TA) Reporting Specialist (Contractor) to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving data-informed decisions, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing recruitment operations through strong reporting and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and more

  • Support ad hoc data requests to inform strategic planning and process improvements

  • Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible

Workday Audits and Data Integrity

  • Conduct regular audits in Workday to ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment and candidate data

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with recruiters, HRIS, and operations teams

  • Maintain documentation of audit processes and findings; recommend improvements to enhance data quality and compliance

  • Support system updates, testing, and enhancements related to TA functionality in Workday

Operations Support

  • Collaborate with TA leadership on strategic initiatives that enhance recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience

  • Develop documentation, playbooks, guides and process maps

  • Support global projects to drive consistency and operational excellence

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or a data/reporting-focused role

  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS platform, including reporting and data auditing

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, or similar data visualization tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or multi‑regional teams

  • Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations related to recruitment and HR data
