Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.____________________
- Complies all those activities or functions that by their nature are related to their position
- Follow the rules and principles established by the Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.
- Interaction with customers as well as managing the quality system to achieve quality objectives.
- Works with every applicable function within the site to determine the appropriate process improvement. Implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS
- Reviews all the corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval.
- Completes analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty.
- Summarizes corrective action results and feeds back into the QMS for continuous improvement.
- Determines cost and capability of meeting customer requirements
- Implement systems to meet customer requirements. Provides evidence of meeting customer requirements.
- Leads and manages human and economic resources into quality department
- Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
