Design custom coupling products per customer requirements and sales input, to fully meet application needs and technical specifications.

Major Responsibilities 主要职责
Directly communicate with customers and sales teams to clarify technical requirements, complete coupling product selection and detailed engineering design; coordinate with overseas engineering centers as needed to deliver complex design projects.
与客户及销售团队直接沟通，明确技术要求，完成联轴器选型与详细工程 设计；必要时协同海外工程中心，完成复杂产品设计项目。
Develop assembly drawings, component part drawings, raw material specifications, BOMs and other core engineering documents.
负责创建装配图、零件图、原材料技术要求、BOM 表及其他核心工程文件。
Review and analyze product test data combined with actual manufacturing processes; collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (ME) and Quality Engineers (QE) to investigate and resolve non-conformances and design deviations.
结合实际制造工艺评审与分析产品测试数据；与制造工程师（ME）、质量工程师（QE）协作，分析并处理异常与设计偏差。
Provide end-to-end technical support for sales and customers, including customer visits, on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Comply with all applicable EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) laws, regulations and company policies, fulfill position-specific safety responsibilities, and take direct accountability for workplace safety and safe operations in this role.

Required Education / Experience / Skills
任职要求（教育背景 / 工作经验 / 能力素质）
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related mechanical disciplines such as Mechanical Design, Materials Engineering.
机械工程本科及以上学历，机械设计、材料工程等机械相关专业。
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and/or process engineering; proven experience in developing complete set of mechanical engineering drawings; experience in gear transmission, power transmission or coupling manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
5 年及以上机械设计 / 工艺工程相关工作经验；具备完整机械工程图纸设计经验；有齿轮传动、动力传动或联轴器行业经验者优先。
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a mandatory requirement; experience with SolidWorks 3D design software is a strong plus.
熟练使用 AutoCAD 为必备条件；有 SolidWorks 三维设计经验者优先。
Solid command of core mechanical engineering theories and material science knowledge; familiar with industry applicable national standards (GB) and international standards (ISO, DIN).
掌握机械工程理论与材料专业知识，熟悉行业相关国标（GB）及国际标准（ISO、DIN）。
Strong mechanical design aptitude and problem-solving capability, proactive in issue identification, resolution and follow-up, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility and customer-centric mindset, excellent team collaboration skills.
