IT ERP Product Analyst III

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive SIOP Analyst to join our IT team. This position acts as the primary IT owner for SIOP-related planning and purchasing processes within SAP and Oracle throughout the APAC region. It collaborates closely and strategically with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to boost IT effectiveness and continuity, thereby delivering greater business value. Candidates should have strong planning experience, ERP expertise, and excellent English communication skills to support implementation, effectiveness and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • SIOP & ERP Enablement

Own and support SAP MM and Oracle ASCP / Purchasing modules as the primary IT product owner for SIOP execution in APAC. Configure, test, deploy, and continuously improve ERP solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, MRP, procurement, and sourcing processes. Translate SIOP business requirements into scalable SAP and Oracle solutions that enable stable, repeatable execution.

  • Strategic Alignment & Business Value Realization

Stronger alignment between ERP capabilities and business priorities. Contribute to measurable business value by ERP implementation, effectiveness and enhancement. Design, monitor, and report on key KPIs related to planning accuracy, inventory performance, and procurement execution.

  • Business Partnership & Process Standardization

Act as a dedicated IT partner to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations, proactively identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities. Drive standardized planning, purchasing, and sourcing processes across sites to improve consistency, execution quality, and operational outcomes. Support cross‑site alignment by ensuring ERP system behavior is consistent, governed, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Operational Performance & Continuity

Provide day‑to‑day functional Level 3 support for planning and procurement modules, ensuring system stability and issue resolution. Improve inventory efficiency through better planning parameters, MRP alignment, and system‑driven execution. Support OTD improvement by stabilizing demand / supply planning and procurement execution through robust ERP design. Reduce operational risk through standardized processes, master data governance, and clear functional ownership. Improve data quality, consistency, and integrity to support effective supply‑chain decision‑making.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Enablement

Document functional designs, business processes, and system workflows. Support knowledge transfer, training materials, and internal capability building to enable future growth and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of ERP experience with SAP and Oracle, focused on planning, procurement, and supply‑chain execution.
  • Strong understanding of SIOP, ASCP/MRP, demand planning, supply planning, and procurement workflows, with the ability to connect system design to business outcomes.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in multinational and cross‑cultural environments, including intercompany operations.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of operating with clear ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with forecasting systems such as Demantra or similar demand planning platforms.
  • Experience working in both regional and global IT support environments.
