design and production of high-performance bearings and mechanical seals for the commercial air transport markets. Our global customer base includes major
engine and airframe OEMs, tier suppliers and aircraft operators.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop detailed design drawings for assemblies and components using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Coordinate component design, lay-outs, and drawing details with
cross-functional team members including Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Purchasing,
• Create and maintain BOM’s (bill of materials) for assemblies and
components.
• Create and maintain Item Master files in Microsoft NAV ERP system.
• Process Engineering Changes for all drawings, BOM’s, and Item Master files.
• Manage engineering data management tools (PDM/DDM)
• Support effective Configuration Management practices.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Kaizen activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent
experience in drafting, design, or similar engineering support roles
• 2 to 5 years of experience preferred
• Previous Drafting experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard engineering drafting practices and GD&T practices per ASME Y14.5M.
• Experience in the design of components with tight tolerances desired.
• Previous drafting experience within the Aerospace Industries is a plus.
• Must have experience in SolidWorks, 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience with engineering data management tools (PDM/DDM)
• Ability to work with a team
• Technically savvy to learn and adapt to new systems
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinker
Compensation will be based on skills and experience: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
