This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders, Product, and engineering execution, translating requirements related to connected assets, equipment health, asset lifecycle management, reliability workflows, and customer-facing digital experiences into secure, reliable, and production-ready full-stack solutions.

The role also focuses on making applications AI-ready by enabling integration with AI/ML models, Azure AI services, APIs, telemetry data, and cloud-native architectures to support automation, predictive insights, decision-making, and intelligent user experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 10-15 years of full-stack .NET engineering experience, strong architecture and technical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor developers while driving performance, security, scalability, and engineering best practices for Industrial IoT and asset management solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.

· Provide technical leadership for enterprise and customer-facing applications used in Industrial IoT, condition monitoring, asset management, and reliability workflows.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

· Own application architecture across frontend, backend, database, cloud, integration, security, and deployment layers.

· Design and implement APIs, microservices, background services, integrations, and data access layers for connected asset and telemetry-driven applications.

· Integrate AI/ML models, Azure AI services, telemetry APIs, and cloud-native services to support predictive insights, automation, and intelligent application features.

· Lead architectural discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, and implementation planning for complex features and platform enhancements.

· Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, observable, and aligned with enterprise engineering standards.

· Drive performance optimization, database tuning, resiliency, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and production support readiness.

· Mentor senior and junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to team capability building.

· Support CI/CD, DevOps, release planning, production deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, design notes, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.

· 10 to 15 years of professional experience in full-stack software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.

· Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and modern application architecture.

· Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

· Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native application development.

· Experience with microservices architecture, API-first development, integration patterns, and distributed systems.

· Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering execution across multiple workstreams.

· Strong understanding of DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and release automation.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Skills:

· Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular/React, and cloud-based application development.

· Good understanding of Industrial IoT, connected assets, condition monitoring, telemetry data, asset lifecycle management, and reliability workflows.

· Ability to design scalable enterprise applications with clean architecture, modular components, secure APIs, and maintainable code.

· Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, authorization, logging, observability, error handling, and application security.

· Ability to guide teams on best practices for code quality, testing, maintainability, performance, and production readiness.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into practical technical execution.

Preferred / Good to Have:

· Exposure to AI/ML model integration, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar AI platforms.

· Experience building applications for Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, asset management, reliability engineering, or connected equipment domains.

· Experience with telemetry platforms, event-driven architecture, message queues, streaming data, or real-time monitoring systems.

· Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, or cloud architecture certifications are preferred.

· Experience with product/platform modernization, legacy application transformation, and enterprise integration programs.
