We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing leader to steer the IPS Hyderabad plants. This role commands site strategy and results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, cash, talent, industrial relations, and customer excellence. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Shape the direction: Define the plant strategy and deliver the annual operating plan across revenue, profitability, cash, capital, and working capital.
• Champion SQDCG: Establish a rigorous operating rhythm that elevates Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
• Lead safety relentlessly: Build an uncompromising EHS culture where associate and product safety come first.
• Accelerate improvement: Harness lean, kaizen, GEMBA, and waste elimination to boost productivity, compress lead times, and deliver at least 3% year-over-year cost reduction net of inflation.
• Delight customers: Elevate quality, delivery reliability, speed, and responsiveness.
• Build exceptional teams: Attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while strengthening frontline leadership and creating robust succession depth.
• Steer employee relations: Forge constructive union partnerships, uphold shop-floor discipline, and lead wage negotiations with confidence and foresight.
• Unite the business: Mobilize Supply Chain, Quality, Technology, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources to unlock profitable growth.
• Drive accountability: Use sharp KPIs and disciplined reviews to communicate results, anticipate risks, and execute recovery actions with speed and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in Operations Management is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including leadership of a mid-sized or large industrial operation.
• Strong hands-on experience across EHS, quality, planning, materials, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Proven ownership of budgets, capital, operating income, cash, and working capital.
• A track record of lean transformation, measurable performance improvement, and building high-performing teams.
• Strong business judgement, stakeholder influence, and executive communication.
• Manufacturing union relations and wage-negotiation experience is strongly preferred.

Languages: English & Telugu required and Hindi preferred
