Financial Controller

Description

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Controller coordinates financial planning, business oversight, cost analysis, and compliance while driving efficiency, fostering team development, and supporting continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts. Contribute to expansion and production line change projects.
  • Provide financial oversight of plant operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals .Analyze and interpret production costs, inventory levels, and manufacturing variances to drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leader and plant leadership to monitor and control spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of internal controls within plant operations to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial summaries, highlighting plant performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes and financial outcomes.
  • Develop finance team capabilities and provide ongoing training and mentorship to subordinates.
  • Oversee statutory compliance and fulfillment of all regulatory requirements.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. This leader must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 15 years overall Finance experience
  • Bachelor+, finance-related majors
  • Must have experience in ERP implementation (preferably SAP) and experience with group consolidation software (preferably OneStream).
  • Strong customer service focus and a central point of contact for the business with respect of Finance and Business support.
  • Strong attention to detail
